Price Promise and Guarantees

We value our customers, have pride in each project, we will never over charge for any work carried out by Random Task Plumbing Ltd.

All work will be as estimated for in writing for all bathroom installations.

There is no call out fee, but a one hour minimum charge on our hourly rate of work, then in fifteen minutes intervals.

Any extra work deemed necessary will be discussed and agreed in writing with the customer, prior to any extra work being carried out.

We do not carry out any unnecessary work.

Our Guarantees

Our work carries a twelve month guarantee from the date of the completed work. Your invoice is your reference for your guarantee. Full terms and conditions regarding your guarantee are clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions page.

Contact Us – Any problems arising from our workmanship within the twelve month guarantee period, will be dealt with as a priority. Please contact us, giving all the relevant information regarding the problem, along with your invoice number.
